DinoRoam Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of DinoRoam, an event-discovery and companion experience. By using DinoRoam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use DinoRoam.

Service Changes

DinoRoam may change, pause, or stop features over time. Event details, recommendations, companion responses, social features, and availability can be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or change without notice.

Events and Recommendations

Event details, prices, availability, times, locations, accessibility details, and safety conditions can be wrong or change. You are responsible for checking original event sources, choosing whether a place or plan feels safe, and following venue and local rules.

AI and Companion Responses

DinoRoam may use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, and companion responses. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. DinoRoam is not medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, relationship, or professional advice.

Your Responsibilities

• Use DinoRoam lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, abusive, private, emergency, or highly sensitive information.
• Do not try to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Make your own decisions about events, travel, meetings, purchases, and personal safety.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and device security. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Payments

The launch version does not sell digital features. Coins, growth points, badges, and virtual closet items are promotional in-app progress with no cash value; they cannot be transferred, redeemed, or sold. DinoRoam may correct balances produced by error or abuse. If paid features are offered later, purchases and subscriptions will be handled under the applicable app store rules, terms, refund policies, and billing controls.

Privacy

DinoRoam's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

DinoRoam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DinoRoam and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, event changes, third-party services, or safety outcomes related to your use of DinoRoam.

Changes

We may update these terms as DinoRoam changes. We will update the effective date when we make material changes.
